Calcium Rich Kefir Cocktail with Champion Juicer

  • 3 organic Kale leaves
  • 4-5 carrots (Clean and peel. Remove green tops)
  • 1 green apple (Remove skin and seeds)
  • A handful of parsley
  • 3/4 cup Kefir milk
  • ice cubes (optional)

Extract the juice of the leafy vegetables using the Champion Juicer screen alternating with carrot strips and green apple segments. Champion Juicer is not very efficient when juicing small leafy vegetables especially wheat grass and pine leaves.

Mix kefir milk with the extracted juice and blend well.

Garden Salad Kefir Lunch Express with Champion Juicer

  • 3 broccoli flowerets
  • 4-5 carrots (Clean and peel. Remove green tops)
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3/4 cup Kefir milk
  • ice cubes (optional)

Extract the juice of these vegetables using the Champion Juicer screen. Blend well with the Kefir milk to give yourself a full bodied raw lunch hour smoothies that is well balanced. The wide variety of vegetables provides the vital nutrients your body craves at noon. Those of you who prefer a lighter lunch will find this kefir recipe a gem. The powerful anti-oxidant found in this combination helps neutralizing free radicals too.
